I operate in Goulburn and the surrounding regions including Crookwell, Bungonia, Marulan, Tallong, Tarago, Towrang and Windellema.

I am available most days, through business hours and after. If I am unavailable I will let you know and organise an alternate time to help with your problem.

My fees cover my labour and travel. If additional hardware or software is required I will discuss it with you before passing those costs on.

Many problems are fixed within the first hour, however due to the large range of problems that can happen with computers, I will perform a diagnosis and let you know how long I expect it to take.
